Overview
The Mercedes-Benz E60 AMG Is Still A Super Exclusive Super Sedan
In 1994, Mercedes-Benz introduced the E60 AMG. A limited run production car, the E60 AMG was based on the 500 E, but fitted with a 6.0L V8 engine. The suspension and exhaust received improvements, while the interior and exterior of the car featured minor tweaks such as the wheels and badging. It isn’t uncommon to find 500 E cars converted to E60 AMG specification, yet only an alleged 45 factory original examples are believed to have been produced.
